The Rotterdam World Gateway (RWG) terminal advised customers today that bad weather conditions could lead to the closure of the terminal.

In an email communication, the RWG said it is expecting a shutdown of operational services at 11:00 am today and until Friday, 22 December, 3:00 am.

Heavy winds have also been affecting operations in multiple UK ports, including Southhampton and Liverpool.
