Feeder vessel Aurora suffers propulsion failure

Container vessel Aurora, currently operated by CMA CGM and Maersk for the Intra-North Europe BREST2/N13 service, reported a propulsion failure on 11 December in the Celtic Sea.


According to seaexplorer data, the ship was en route to Montoir Port, France, after leaving Southhampton Port, UK on 10 December.


At the moment, the vessel is being towed to Brest, France for repairs. Delays to the service are expected.
