A new advisory issued by carrier HMM yesterday announced that the required repairs for boxship HMM St. Petersburg had been successfully completed.
The vessel departed Algeciras Port at 12:00 on 15 December.
HMM published an update to the estimated times of berthing and departure for the next ports of call as follows:

Container carrier HMM updated the schedule of the boxship HMM St. Petersburg, which is currently still docked at Algeciras Port after colliding with another ship.
The ship completed unloading cargo destined for Algeciras, Spain, but will remain at the port until vessel repairs are complete.
As a result, HMM announced that the vessel's tentative earliest departure from Spain is estimated to be 16 December 2024.
The ship's next port of call is Rotterdam, Netherlands, where a minimum delay of 5 days is expected.

On 3 December, container vessel HMM St. Petersburg collided with an oil tanker en route to Algeciras Port in Spain.
The collision did not cause major damage to the vessel, and it was allowed to berth.
According to media reports, the investigation crew said the vessels had sustained damage to their lateral structures only.
Seaexplorer data show that the 23792-TEU vessel is currently in Algeciras, deployed on the FE4 service.
