Houthi forces launched an attack against two container vessels over the weekend, revealed a U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) report on Sunday.

The report confirms that the two ships, MSC Tavvishi and German-owned MPP vessel Norderney, sustained damages after the attack with no injuries to crew members.

According to the CENTCOM report, MSC Tavvishi sustained damages after being hit by an anti-ship ballistic missile, with no mention if the vessel caught fire or not.

No vessel tracking data was received in the past 24 hours for MSC Tavvishi, a 5248-TEU vessel deployed on MSC's Petra service.
